Key Responsibilities:
Carry out repairs to damaged equipment or leaks by applying appropriate welding techniques
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
Execute repairs on equipment, including but not limited to motors, conveyors, freezers, and packaging machinery.
Requirements:
High School or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
At least 2 years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a FMCG industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical & electrical
Had Welding Certification will be advantage
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
