- Maintenance Manager
Kualifikasi :
Requirements :
Bachelor degree of Mechanical – Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other related
Min 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Automotive Industries with extensive experience in Automation, Painting and Injection Molding process
Having work with Korean culture will be an advantage
Strong leadership, and able to build effective team work
Good in English, both oral and writing
Job Descriptions:
Maintenance activity and teams in order to improve equipment availability while promoting safety attitude
Implement a maintenance strategy including TPM
Optimize maintenance costs (manpower and spare parts)
Implement maintenance team training
Contribute to new project competitiveness by proposing machines improvements
