Supervise and control WIP integrity
Coordinate material distribution and availability to achieve Performance Targets (Daily Schedule Adherence, Scrap, Shrinkage, Obsolescence, WIP Inventory Integrity, Material Expeditor development) and in compliance with GMP / EHS Standard
Management within a dynamic environment of “low-high-low” production cycles.
Manage up to 5,000 Part Numbers on a weekly basic,
Administer weekly scrap of around $ 3,000 and shrinkage of plus or minus $3,000
Have capability to persuade and coordinate with all manufacturing processes – Master Planning, Production, Engineering and Material Planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment with a large labor force – preferably in Inventory Management. Candidate could have worked in the logistics, consumer goods, automotive Industry or ideally within the toys industry.
Analytically orientated with good leadership attributes.
Persuasive communicator.
Team orientated with good interpersonal skills.
Proactive, flexible, results oriented
Inventory management within a changeable environment.
Willing to work on shift basis.
