Kualifikasi :
Job Description:
Promote and sell products to potential and regular customers according to customer needs
Visiting regular and potential customers to express needs or promote new products according to customer needs
Build, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
Answer or explain to customers regarding payment terms, product delivery periods, product information or specifications, and prices.
Prepare and make weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager and Sales Director regarding sales activities
Respond to claims or complaints from customers and provide responses or feedback regarding corrective and preventive actions
Establish communication with the Production, QA QC, PPIC, New Product Development teams regarding customer requests including: Changes to specifications or New Items
Establish communication with PPIC, Logistics Dept. and Sales Admin regarding product delivery schedules to customers
Determine or make estimates or order plans from regular and potential customers for at least the next 3 months
Requirements:
Education Minimum D3 All Majors and Engineering Majors Preferably.
Experience
S1 Minimum 2 years experience in Sales/Marketing Department
D3 Minimum 3 years experience in Sales/Marketing Department
Able to work together in a team
Able to communicate well
Careful
Be disciplined and active in learning new things
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
Able to operate Microsoft Office Visio is highly preferred
Understand and be able to read working drawings
Master active English, both verbally and in writing
Ready to travel local domestics or abroad (if necessary)
Have extensive relationships
Has a sales target orientation
Having basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HAS 23000 is highly preferred
