Kualifikasi :
Requirements :
Maximum 35-yo
Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Food Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in food manufacture
Familiar with SAP System
Understand ISO 9001:2015 – FSCC 22000 – Halal Regulation (support QC QA for ISO Audit Award)
BPOM registration (MD Number)
HALAL registration (LPPOM MUI)
Food Processing, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, ISO 22000, Good Laboratory Practices
Can communicate in English.
Passionate about dairy and cheese product development
Excellent communication skill, influencing and problem-solving skill.
Strong understanding of the design of experiments
Job Description :
Manage product registration of new product and existing and ensuring compliance regulation on local product
Scientific and regulatory leads in raw material, formulation, packaging artwork
Manage project timeline with cross functions regards with regulatory compliance and launch
Manage halal assurance system implementation
Support related audit such as Halal, BPOM, Food Safety ISO 22000 and others
