Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Inbound Goods Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As the QC Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming goods and materials. You will develop and implement quality control processes, perform inspections and tests, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address any quality issues. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of quality control procedures in the context of inbound goods.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for inbound goods to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and materials.
Perform inspections and tests on incoming goods to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and document quality issues, defects, and non-conformities, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and other internal teams to address and resolve quality concerns related to inbound goods.
Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of quality issues and work towards implementing preventive measures.
Monitor and track quality metrics for inbound goods, analyze data, and provide reports and recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to inbound goods quality control.
Train and educate warehouse personnel on quality control processes and best practices specific to inbound goods.
Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure supplier compliance with quality requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control practices for inbound goods.
Be the connector between commercial team to warehouse personnel

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in warehousing, quality management, or a related field.
4+ years Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably with a focus on inbound goods inspection and testing.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools specific to inbound goods.
Experience in conducting inspections and tests using relevant equipment and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in identifying and documenting quality issues.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to inbound goods.
Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
Able to communicate in Chinese fluently
