- Account Receivable Manager
Kualifikasi :
Duties and Responsibilities :
Oversee and ensure proper functionality of the Accounts Receivable team that aligns with the company goals.
Conduct credit checks on all customer, establish and manage limits
Interacting with customers in non-payment cases
Ensuring the timely collection of payments
Monitoring the invoicing and collection processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.
Keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection.
Set regular weekly and monthly deadlines to process the payment and accounts.
Maintaining the billing system.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Follow changes and trends in industry niche and related legal regulations.
Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of the company.
Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.
Ensuring the timely collection of payments.
Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field-proven work experience min 8 (eight) years or equivalent.
Experienced in leading a team and implementing process improvement.
Ability to work accurately and independently.
Ability to develop action plans and follow-up to completion.
ERP system experience; SAP experience will be advantage.
Knowledge of general accounting principles.
Strong managerial and organizational skills; accurate and detail-oriented as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff at various levels.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
