Kualifikasi :
Main Job:
Prepare and follow up contract to subcont/supplier
Prepare and follow up request payment for subcont/supplier
Responsible for all site personnel needs (Dormitory, Transportation, Communication, Uniform, etc) HR/GA Purpose
Prepare budget control and forcasting report
Monitoring progress A/R & A/P Project
Assist the project manager in all administration functions and processes.
Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma of Finance/Accounting
Have experience min. 1 years as Project Administrator at Site Construction Project.
Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Accounting system and administration work of operational project
Deep knowledge about Accounting, basic forecasting and budgeting
Deep knowledge & update for tax regulation and implementation specially in construction scope of work
Basic knowledge about HR/GA
Familiar with construction work flow will be advantage
Ready to placement at Karawang (KKIC, SCCI), Cikarang (GIIC, Deltamas), Cibitung (MM2000).
