Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred with HSE Background).
Must have experience 2 years of working experience in HSE Supervisor
Maximum age 35 years old
Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.
Knowledge and experience in the field of HSE management (engineering) preferably in the field of Electrical.
Have a safety license or certificates or similar Ahli K3 UMUM & SMK3, BNSP or other related K3 certifications
Knowing of the current ISO 9001 : 2015 , 14001 : 2015
Strong leadership, Communication Skills
Previous working at an electric company
Fluent in English and Preferred in Mandarin

Jobdescription :
Formulate the company’s K3 work plan.
Develop and analyze improvements/improvements to company K3 standards.
Provide employees with K3-related internal education (training)
Conduct internal K3 audits in the work area and prepare K3 audit data for external parties.
Create K3 data analysis report.
Implement the K3 system in accordance with company regulations
Responsible for the company’s occupational safety and health (K3) plan.
Developing and monitoring performance indicators for the organization to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Conducting risk assessments and creating strategies to reduce the risks to the organization, employees, and the environment.
Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and proposing corrective actions.
Setting a zero-tolerance health and safety culture.
Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and communicated to employees.
