JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify, create and develop sales opportunities and demands for waterproofing products in Indonesia
Responsible for achieving Annual Operating Plan sales and margins targets
Promote waterproofing products to key stakeholders in the infra-structure, industrial, commercial, and residential, and all related segments through education, training and presentations
Develop and support a network of specialist applicators and sub-distributors around the country
Assist clients on-site by providing support on correct product application, problem solving of products and techniques
Play an active role in new product commercialization
Perform analysis of market competition, products, data and information
Qualifications & Competencies:
Degree in Engineering with at least 6-8 years of proven and successful experience in the waterproofing industry
Results oriented, with positive personality and a “can-do” attitude
Possess good teamwork and relationship –building capabilities
Good command of English language skills
Good presentation and communication skills
