Job Description : Assist to relate departments to provide products and become an intermediary from vendors to internal users, able to provide all departments needs properly and accordance with user needs and QA standards.
Responsibilities:
Created and input PO to SAP
Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
Control and monitoring stock weekly activities
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (any major) is required
Have experience for the same position at least 1 years
Proven proficiency to use SAP
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and good organizational skill
Willing to work for temporary contract
Willing to be placed at Jababeka
