Kualifikasi :
We are looking for an R&D Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our research and development team and developing new products. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in chemistry or chemical engineering, and experience in the CMC industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage the research and development team and develop new products
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
10+ years of experience in research and development or related field
Excellent communication skills
Experience in product development for food or personal care is advantage.
