Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
4+ years’ experience in sales/marketing of Label, Offset Printing & Wire Harness products
Excellent communication skills. Able to think, write and organize strategically
Discipline, careful, honest, fast learner and able to work under pressure
Proactive and not reactive
Ability to follow instructions and make your team follow your lead
Ability to communicate with different levels of organization
Able to work and communicate as a team player and easily adapt to situations/conditions
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Indonesian
Proven track record as Sales/Marketing Manager
Strong network of connections and relationship with customers
Computer proficiency. Skilled in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Power point, AutoCAD, Adobe and other software
Service-focused, energetic and people-minded individuals with a can-do attitude
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating all products with focus on driving and generating incremental revenue in line with overall vision and objectives of the company.
Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually.
Regularly define and identify most effective solution to promote existing products.
Outline marketing ideas and strategies with controlling progress
Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance.
Develop strategic opportunities and requirements definition.
Manage budget and sales forecast.
Build, develop, train and manage sales team.
Lead and participate on cross functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Report to the Director & CEO
Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of sales (return on investment, effectiveness, rejection, feedback, etc.).
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
Analyze the sales per month and provide effective information to each department
Planning of marketing strategies for the next 1 – 5 years
