- ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR – 2 Position
Kualifikasi :
Qualification :
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering,
Good command in English; Japanese is advantage,
Strong knowledge about Air Conditioner, Electronic, Digital and Electrics,
Strong Knowledge of Production Process and Machinery,
Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and machinery,
Proficient in computer programs (MS. Excel, Word & Power Point).
Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description :
Supervise and coordinates activities of team to smoothly produce products and achieve quality, delivery, cost and standards, more over safety.
Supervise team members to follow company rules and regulation,
Coordinate with engineering team for tooling, jig & figure and line balancing,
Monitoring & make report concerned with production plan,
Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety & Environment Activities.
Experience requirements :
At least 8 – 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing
Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company is preferable.
